Shipping

Orders Within the U.S.

Orders within the contiguous United States will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. We will also use USPS for small items. Please note that although most orders do ship the same day, some orders require 48 hours for processing and packaging and will arrive in 3 to 10 business days. This is not a shipping guarantee. Please contact us for expedited shipping if you need it sooner.

We ship from approximately 10 different warehouses. Some items may need to be back ordered, which could require up to two weeks for processing and packaging.

Large or heavy orders will be subject to a shipping quote. Anything over 150 lbs will have to be delivered by truck on a pallet.

Free Shipping!

Free standard ground shipping offered to the contiguous 48 states on all orders totaling $99.00 or more*. International orders and orders shipped to AK, HI, APO (AA, AE, AP), FPO, DPO, Puerto Rico, etc. are excluded. There will be additional fees for expedited shipping.

Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

*Certain bulk and heavy items as well as items that ship on a pallet may not be eligible for free shipping.

International orders consist of Canada and any country outside the US. An international freight quote will need to be manually calculated by a Immortal Tactical representative, which will be based on the weight of the order and where it is shipping. All duties, taxes, and storage fees that international customs charges to release the order will be the customer's responsibility to pay.

Other states such as: Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska may require a freight quote to be manually determined by a representative of Immortal Tactical based on the weight and size of the order.

Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

Refused packages and/or undeliverable packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges back to Immortal Tactical and warehouses. Packages also may be subject to a reshipment charge to resend product back out. Please contact us for further information.

Shipping Quotes are Not Exact

Understand that shipping charges quoted are not exact. Some orders (i.e. bulky, heavier products) may be modified after your order, which could result in a decrease or increase in shipping and handling fees. Orders shipped to Guam, Virgin Islands, Alaska, or Hawaii will require additional shipping charges. You agree to be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees. You will be notified of any charges.

Expedited Orders

You may choose from several different shipping options: Overnight, 2-Day Air, or Express Saver (3-Day Air). All expedited shipping methods will require a shipping quote to be manually done by a representative of Immortal Tactical. The quote will be based on the weight of the items ordered, when the order must be received, and where it is shipping to. You are paying for guaranteed delivery, so these services are guaranteed.

PO Boxes

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO boxes. We will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) to PO addresses.

Address Changes

All address changes made after the order has been processed and shipped out may be subject to a $10.00 charge incurred by FedEx to make any address modifications. This payment will need to be made before the address change will take effect. Only a Immortal Tactical representative can make these changes to the address.

Signature Requirements

Depending on the item's price, amount, and/or the nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with a signature required and will not be left at the shipping address. You agree to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and/or restocking fees will be charged.

Return Policy

30-Day Happiness Guaranteed Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Immortal Tactical, but we understand that sometimes things don't turn out as planned. That's why we want to make our 30-Day Happiness Guaranteed Return Policy as simple as possible for you.

To ensure that there is no confusion in the return process, all returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer support team. To receive an RMA number, you can call our support team at 1-800-480-1277 or email us at returns@cpr-savers.com.

NOTE: We are not accepting returns on COVID-19 related items. All sales are final for items including but not limited to: PPE, hand sanitizers, isopropyl alcohol, antiseptic wipes, face masks, and isolation gowns.

Returning a Defective Product or Wrong Shipment

If Immortal Tactical made a mistake with your order, or the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team at 1-800-480-1277 and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Returning for Other Reasons

Most products from Immortal Tactical can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, as determined by the original tracking number (minus shipping and restocking fees, if applicable). A valid RMA number must be present on the shipping label and/or box.

Electrode pads or any kind of battery with open packaging, used manikins, used first aid supplies, respirators, medicine, books, software, CDs, and DVDs are not eligible for returns unless found to be defective.

Items that have been customized/personalized are not eligible for return or refund once the design has been approved & payment has been made.

Additional Return & Refund Policy Details

All refunded Paypal orders may incur a fee of up to 3%.

If you are returning an AED or training device, the retail price of opened electrode pads, opened batteries, or any other additional accessories will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a kit or product, the retail price of any missing or used parts or accessories will be deducted from the refund unless prior arrangements have been made with a customer support team member.

Products must be returned with original unopened packaging or they may incur a restocking fee of 20%*. Special order products may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%*. These include medical simulators, such as Simulaids, Laerdal, or Gaumard brand; oxygen tanks; and Junkin stretchers. All refunds will be credited to the initial form of payment.

Shipping and any insurance costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective or Immortal Tactical made a mistake with your order. Immortal Tactical is not responsible for returns that may be lost or damaged during transit to our warehouse. Any shipping fees applied in the original order cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or Immortal Tactical made a mistake with your order.

Refusal of Orders

Refusal of orders without notice are subject to a 20%* restocking fee plus shipment charges to and from delivery address.

*Restocking fee may be up to 50% for Iron Duck or other brand products

Exchanges for Credit or Another Product

An exchange for credit or another product may be arranged. Please contact us at service@cpr-savers.com or 1-800-480-1277 and one of our service team members will help you find the right product for you.

New products will not be shipped out until the returned product has been received and processed unless prior arrangements have been made with a customer support team member.

Receiving your Return

We will process your return within 5 business days after the product arrives back to our warehouse, but the credit may take up to 14 business days to appear in your bank account or card. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to confirm that we have issued the return, but understand that we cannot speed up the bank's processing time.

Circumstances in which Returns are not Offered

Immortal Tactical is not responsible for any products that are damaged during shipping transit, lost, or stolen after our original package is delivered to the shipping address provided on the order.

Immortal Tactical does not cover returns that are damaged from customer misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Immortal Tactical reserves the right to reject any customer's request for an RMA if we suspect that the customer is not adhering to our 30-day Happiness Guaranteed Return Policy in good faith.

Product Liability Disclaimer

Immortal Tactical guarantees its products against defects for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Immortal Tactical expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, or any kind with respect to the products sold on this website. You agree that Immortal Tactical, its officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of these products. You agree the maximum liability to Immortal Tactical shall be the price of the products ordered.

For any product and/or order discrepancies, Immortal Tactical must be notified within 30 days of receipt.
