Right Arm: Uninjured Arm with Radial Pulse, IV and IO Access

Pelvic: Injured Male Pelvic Skin with Avulsed Testicle, Packable GSW Entrance wound to Left Inguinal Area, exit wound to Left Buttocks
Right Leg: GSW Injured leg, with true through-and-through entry and exit wound
