Description
Made from specialized steel, this low cost rifle plate provides outstanding ballistic protection at an affordable price. Ballistic steel is an affordable way to provide enhanced ballistic rifle protection. The plate is NIJ certified to protect against level III rifle threats along with so called armor piercing rounds such as the 5.56 X 45mm M8555 (green tip). At only 5mm thickness, it easily slips into the plate pocket of any vest without bulk. This stand-alone, multi-hit plate weighs 6.9 lbs. It is polyurea coated for protection and backed by a 10 year warranty.
