The OSL Oversized Litter Back Rest from North American Rescue is designed to give Tactical Healthcare Professionals options for the care of larger patients. with this accessory, the casualty on the OSL Litter can be placed at either a 90° or 45° angle in response to treatment requirements or for greater patient comfort.
For reliability, the litter backrest is covered in an extremely durable Nomex/Kevlar-blend fabric. For assembly, the unit attaches quickly and securely to the 2 in. poles of the OSL litter system.
